We are extremely proud and excited to be a part of the iconic Chicago Board of Trade building, one of the nation’s most widely recognized commercial properties. With a proactive approach to property management and tenant engagement, we are dedicated
to providing outstanding customer service in support of our tenants. To help us ensure we meet your needs in a thorough and timely manner, we have recently added a Tenant Relations Administrator to our building management team. We are also invested in the success of our tenants and their employees, including their ability to attract top tier-talent. With that in mind, we intend to add several new building amenities, including a full-service fitness center, video-conference center and staffed concierge service. Additionally, we plan to modernize the building turnstiles and renovate the South Lobby to better aesthetically unite them with the historic North Lobby.
